Terms of Service

Last updated: 29 September 2026

These terms are the rules for using Admita, a university application planner run by Core Tech, based in Mongolia (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using Admita, you agree to them.

1. Who can use Admita

Admita is for students preparing to apply to university, and for their parents or guardians. If you are younger than the age at which you can agree to these terms on your own in your country, a parent or guardian must agree to them for you.

2. What Admita does — and doesn’t

Admita helps you organise applications, track deadlines and prepare essays. It is a planning tool, not an admissions agency. We don’t apply to universities for you, and we can’t guarantee admission, scholarships or visas.

Deadlines and requirements shown in Admita are estimates to help you plan. They change from year to year, so always confirm them on each university’s official website.

3. Your account

You can sign up with an email address and password, or with Google or Apple. Keep your login details safe and tell us at [email protected] if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for what happens in your account.

4. Your content

Essays, notes and documents you add stay yours. You give us permission to store and process them only to run Admita for you — for example, to save your essays and, when you ask, to get feedback on them. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your data.

You are responsible for making sure the work you submit to universities is your own.

5. Essay feedback

Tami’s feedback is written with the help of automated checks and AI. It gives suggestions, not answers, and it can be wrong. Use your own judgement, and never submit text you didn’t write.

6. Fair use

Please don’t:

We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

7. Paid features

Core planning features are free. If we offer paid features, the price and refund terms will be shown clearly before you pay.

8. Ending your account and changes

You can delete your account at any time in Settings, or by emailing [email protected]. We may update Admita or these terms; if a change is important, we will tell you in advance.

9. Liability

We build Admita with care, but provide it “as is”. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for decisions made by universities or other third parties, or for losses caused by missed deadlines or requirements.

10. Law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of Mongolia. Questions: [email protected].
