How Admita works

Applying to universities abroad means dozens of deadlines, tests, essays and documents. Admita puts them in one order, so you always know the next thing to do.

1. Tell us where you want to go

Sign up and answer a few questions: your school year, where you live, when you want to start, which countries and subjects interest you, and any test scores you already have. Admita builds your first plan from your answers.

2. Build a shortlist of universities

Search universities by country, subject and language of study. Add the ones you like to your list. For each university, Admita creates a checklist of what it usually asks for — tests, transcripts, essays, letters of recommendation — with a due date for each item.

3. Follow one plan, in order

Your roadmap has seven stages: choose countries, shortlist universities, tests and grades, essays and letters, funding and scholarships, submit applications, and visa and moving. Admita shows where you are and what comes next, so you never have to work out the order yourself.

4. Keep every deadline on one calendar

All your application dates sit on one calendar, in your own time zone, with reminders before each one. Deadlines Admita fills in for you are labelled estimated until they are checked against the university’s official date — always confirm on the university’s own website before you submit.

5. Write your essays — with feedback, not ghost-writing

Write your personal statement and university essays in Admita. When you ask, Tami, the essay coach, points out what is working and what to sharpen. Admita never writes your essay for you: every word stays yours.

6. Practise for your tests

Practise for the SAT, IELTS, TOPIK I, TOPIK II and the CSCA (Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and Chinese) with timed practice sets and full mock tests, and follow lessons that explain each topic.

7. Find scholarships and stay well

Browse and save scholarships that match your plans. A ten-second daily check-in tells Admita how you are doing; on a hard day, it shrinks your list to the one thing that matters most.
