Delete your Admita account
You can delete your Admita account and the data in it at any time. It takes a minute and can’t be undone.
In the app (iPhone or Android)
- Open Admita and go to Me.
- Scroll down and tap Delete account.
- Confirm. If you signed in with Apple, you’ll be asked to confirm with Apple once more, so we can also cancel Admita’s access to your Apple ID.
On the website
- Sign in at admita.app.
- Go to Settings → Privacy & account → Delete account and confirm.
By email
If you can’t sign in, email [email protected] from the email address on your account and ask us to delete it. We’ll confirm by email once it’s done, usually within 7 days. A parent or guardian can ask for their child’s account to be deleted the same way; we check that the request really comes from them first.
What is deleted
Your account and sign-in, your profile, schools, deadlines, checklists, essays and their versions, documents and other uploaded files, recordings, check-ins and journal, to-dos, lesson and Test Prep progress, study data, AI consent and AI feedback, saved scholarships, university reviews you wrote, reports and blocks, counseling messages and meetings, inbox messages, notification settings and push tokens. Your sessions on every device are signed out straight away.
What we keep
- A security record that an account was deleted, and of administrative actions, identified only by a random id — never your content.
- Copies in our encrypted database backups, which are overwritten as the backups expire.
